 What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Data

We collect personally identifiable information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, as well as certain demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests. For subscriptions that are part of the Services, you will be asked to provide additional information such as your credit card or other payment information and billing address. We use third-party service providers to process payment. The personal information you voluntarily provide to us allows you to participate in various activities related to the Services, such as subscribing to our newsletter, entering sweepstakes, or signing up for a subscription.

Other Data

Our servers or those of our service providers automatically collect certain information when you access the Services, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Services. If you are accessing the Services by mobile device this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your mobile device ID, and information about the location of your device, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide.   • Our payment processors, who collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit or debit card information, billing address) to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products or services you have requested, in order to perform our contract with you.
  • When you visit our Site, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our Services or advertisements, third parties we work with may automatically collect certain information using Tracking Technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and cookies and share that information with us.
  • Partners with whom we offer co-branded services, sell or distribute our products, promote third- party products, or engage in joint marketing activities. In connection with the foregoing, retailers, advertisers, and/or promotional partners on the Services may share information about your purchases with us.

Facebook Permissions

The Services may access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. As referenced above, we may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. Data From Our Social Networks

We may also collect user information from social networking sites, such as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to our social networks. 

The Tracking Technologies we use to collect technical information include the following:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small data file that contains a unique identification number that a website places on your device when you visit the website. The cookie is able to store a variety of information used to improve and customize your browsing experience. Session-based cookies last while your browser is open. Persistent cookies last for various periods across browser restarts, remembering your preferences, and supporting security features. Persistent cookies may remain on your device for extended periods of time.
  • Pixels. A pixel (also known as a web beacon) is code embedded in a website, video, e-mail, or advertisements that sends information about your use to a server. There are various types of pixels, including image pixels (which are small graphic images) and JavaScript pixels (which contains JavaScript code). When you access a website, video, e-mail, or advertisement that contains a pixel, the pixel may permit us or a third party to drop or read cookies on your browser. Pixels are used in combination with cookies to track activity by a particular browser on a particular device. We may incorporate pixels from third parties that allow us track our conversions, bring you advertising both on and off the Services, and provide you with additional functionality, such as the ability to connect our Services with your social media account.
  • Log Files. A log file is a file that records events that occur in connection with your use of the Services, such as your service use data.
  • Device Fingerprinting. Device fingerprinting is the process of analyzing and combining sets of information elements from your device’s browser, such as JavaScript objects and installed fonts, in order to create a “fingerprint” of your device and uniquely identify your device and apps.

Location data may be used for purposes such as verifying your device’s location and delivering or restricting relevant content and advertising based on that Location.
  • We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our Services. Google Analytics gathers information by means of cookies and other Tracking Technologies.. How Do We Use That Information?

How Do We Share Your Information?

  • To Affiliates. Information collected via the Services is shared among our corporate affiliates. For example, we may share your information with our related entities including our parent and sister companies for customer support, marketing, and technical operations.

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance. We share your information with third parties for the purposes of facilitating your requests (such as when you choose to share information with a social network about your activities on the Services) and in connection with tailoring advertisements, measuring and improving our Services and advertising effectiveness, and other enabling enhancements. The Services may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you use the Services.

These companies may use information about your use of the Services and other websites, including information that is contained in Tracking Technologies, in order to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. We share aggregate information about our visitors with our advertisers, sponsors, and promotional partners, such as how many persons visited a particular page or activity, the average age of our visitors on the Services or page on the Site, or the likes and dislikes of our visitors, but this information is not specific to any individual visitor. We obtain geographic information such as zip code clustering from other sources, but this aggregate information will not reveal the precise location of a specific visitor. One such third-party provider is CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive (“Raptive”), which we use for the purposes of placing advertising on the Services, and Raptive will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes.

  • To Provider Partners. We may share your information with our third party service providers and partners in connection with offering you co-branded services, selling or distributing our products, promoting the products of others, or engaging in joint marketing activities.   • Interactions with Other Users. If you interact with other users on the Services, those users may see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity, including sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, liking posts, following blogs. When you post comments, contributions or other content to the Services, your posts may be visible to other users and may be publicly distributed outside the Services.
  • In Connection with a Merger or Acquisition. How Do the Services Keep Your Information Secure?

The Services uses administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

Age of User

The Services are not targeted to nor intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children.If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted. If you are under the age of 18, you should not provide personally identifiable information to the Site without parental consent. If the Site discovers that a person under the age of 18 has provided personally identifiable information without parental consent, the Site will delete that information.

Hyperlinks

Once you access another web site through a hyperlink, you are no longer on the Site. If you use these links, you will be subject to the privacy notice and terms of use governing the applicable third-party site(s). We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of third parties and other websites.
