Ruth Divver
Ruth Divver is a 26 year sixth-grade public school teacher with three teenage daughters: 21, 18, and 14. People tell her they don’t understand how she can manage and deal with a classroom full of 12-year-olds, but the truth is, her real challenge is the daily navigating of the three teenagers in her life that mean the world to her. The emotional rollercoaster is a ride she cannot jump off. She’s strapped in, bumped, bruised, and whiplashed and needs other mamas to help her know the ride will settle and she’s not the only rider on the out-of-control cubby car. Ruth started writing as a release of stress and a coping strategy.
