Phoebe Rak is a 2024 grade from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Phoebe majored in Government and Psychology and was the Editor-in-Chief of The Sophian, Smith’s student newspaper. She is passionate about writing and politics and loves reading and watching sitcoms.
